📝 Terms and Conditions – Ceys Cape Tours

Welcome to Ceys Cape Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit (usually 30%) is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the tour begins unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 21 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund (minus transaction fees).

  • Cancellations between 7–20 days will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 6 days of the tour or for no-shows.

3. Changes to Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen events.

  • Any changes will be communicated promptly and alternatives will be offered where possible.

4. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

5. Health & Safety

  • Clients are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing health conditions or dietary requirements.

  • All tours follow strict safety protocols, and travelers are expected to comply with local laws and safety instructions.

6. Liability

  • Ceys Cape Tours shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events.

7. Passports & Visas

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months and that they obtain necessary visas to enter Sri Lanka.

8. Child Policy

  • Children under 12 may receive discounted rates depending on the tour package. Please inquire at the time of booking.

9. Use of Photos & Media

  • We may use photos taken during tours for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in writing.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
