Welcome to Ceys Cape Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
A deposit (usually 30%) is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the tour begins unless otherwise agreed.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
Cancellations made 21 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund (minus transaction fees).
Cancellations between 7β20 days will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 6 days of the tour or for no-shows.
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen events.
Any changes will be communicated promptly and alternatives will be offered where possible.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
Clients are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing health conditions or dietary requirements.
All tours follow strict safety protocols, and travelers are expected to comply with local laws and safety instructions.
Ceys Cape Tours shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events.
It is the travelerβs responsibility to ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months and that they obtain necessary visas to enter Sri Lanka.
Children under 12 may receive discounted rates depending on the tour package. Please inquire at the time of booking.
We may use photos taken during tours for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in writing.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
